A harmonious alliance
between heritage and modernity.
An architecture designed to breathe and contemplate.
Conceived as a living space, the villa opens onto the sea and embraces the light at every moment of the day. The volumes have been reimagined to create a fluid flow between indoors and outdoors, in a natural continuity. Wood, stone, and glass respond to one another with balance, shaping an atmosphere that is both soothing and inspiring, where every line celebrates the beauty of the landscape.

Une renovation conceived
down to the finest details.
The name La Villa L’Île Verte came naturally, as a tribute to the island facing the property in the bay of La Ciotat, but also to evoke the lush green setting and the exotic cocoon recreated around the house with the collaboration of a passionate nurseryman and palm specialist.
Particular attention was also given to the selection of materials and furniture, both indoors and outdoors, in order to create a subtle harmony between authenticity, innovation and timeless elegance.
From conception to completion.

A story of transmission
rooted in the place.
Beyond the renovation, the villa asserts a sense of continuity. Each space preserves the soul of the place while revealing a reinterpreted elegance. Past and present respond to one another with balance, making Villa l’Île Verte a place of transmission, faithful to its history and open to the future.
A passage of memory
During the Second World War, a discreet passage connected the house to the sea, serving as an observation point along the coastline. Long forgotten, it remains an integral part of the site’s history. Today renamed Passage Monté Cristaux, it is reborn through a contemporary interpretation, linking heritage and the present with restraint.
